Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has entered production. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
However, we will gladly replace or refund your order in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
The print quality is significantly different from what was shown
